Productivity Management Programme (PMP)

Description: Introduction to the productivity philosophy – covers specific resources and measurable factors that influence overall productivity and output; introduces factors that affect productivity (motivation, communication, problem solving and training)
Objective: To equip first-line managers with an understanding of productivity, resources and performance, and provide delegates with an understanding of, and the skills to, improve productivity
